Dalrymple Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2008
This luscious Sauvignon Blanc is from Dalrymple Estate and other important sites within Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. The fruit was ripened on the vine until flavours of passionfruit and spice developed. Hand harvested and sorted, the berries were very gently pressed before undergoing cold fermentation to enhance the naturally rich Sauvignon Blanc flavours. Various fermentation techniques, including some barrel fermentation were used to add complexity and layers to this vibrant Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc.

Dalrymple Estate Pinot Noir 2007
This succulent and fresh Pinot Noir is from the Dalrymple Estate in Pipers River, Tasmania. Select parcels of fruit were chosen for their flavours of red berries and plums. Hand harvested and sorted, a natural ferment was encouraged with the various parcels managed by using a range of techniques to emphasise fresh berry flavours and supple texture. Once fermentation was complete the wine was pressed and transferred to French oak and matured for 12 months. This Pinot Noir is made to be approachable when young.

Dalrymple Estate Pinot Noir J29 Block 2006
This wine has a bright colour with good depth, crimson and ruby notes. A lifted nose expressing the ripe Pinot Noir fruits of raspberries, dark cherries and plums. Touches of vanilla, pepper and cream add complexity. A supple and juicy palate with balanced bright fruits and savoury notes of classical Pinot Noir. The fine tannins, spiciness and fruit intensity are truly representative of this small block.
