Join us for four courses celebrating truffles paired with our Dalrymple Pinot Noir. Held at Sebastian Beach Grill in Williamstown with Sebastian Head Chef Timon Siew and our Winemaker Peter Caldwell, this four-course dinner will be created featuring a truffle-infused menu to pair perfectly with our wines. What’s included: 4 courses – Pintxos, small plates, large plates & dessert.
