Summer in northern Tasmania invites you to slow down, savour the moment and discover the beauty of cool-climate wine country. This February, join us for Dalrymple Unearthed | 14 February 2026, a celebration of Pinot Noir, provenance and the people behind it. Set among the rolling hills of Pipers River, this one-day event is an immersive experience designed to showcase the essence of Dalrymple Vineyards and the unique character of northern Tasmania. Whether you are travelling from interstate or exploring your own backyard, here is everything you need to plan the perfect weekend around Dalrymple Unearthed.

 

Getting Here

Your Dalrymple Unearthed journey begins in Launceston, the gateway to Tasmania’s northern wine country. On Saturday 14 February 2026, guests will be collected from central Launceston at 10.30 AM for a comfortable, scenic drive north to Dalrymple Vineyards in Pipers River. The journey takes around 45 minutes through open farmland and along the Tamar Valley, offering a glimpse of the region’s relaxed beauty before you arrive among the vines. Event transport is included for all guests. You will travel together in comfort and arrive at Dalrymple late morning for your welcome drink and vineyard introduction. The return coach will depart late afternoon, bringing everyone back to Launceston in time for a relaxed evening. Guests who prefer to make their own way to the vineyard will receive driving directions and parking information closer to the event date.

 

The Event: Dalrymple Unearthed | 14 February 2026

Once you arrive, your day at Dalrymple unfolds as a full immersion into Pipers River terroir and Tasmanian hospitality.

Cheese and sweet bites to close the afternoon before returning to Launceston
