Sauvignon Blanc 2018


Aromas of fresh cut limes and green pineapple are evident. Our own Pipers Brook fruit provides the vibrant green spice and gooseberry. The palate is fresh with bright fruit characters evident, balanced with natural acidity and a long, dry finish. Texture from lees stirring post fermentation provides depth on the palate and interest to food matchings.

Cave Block Chardonnay 2018


Initial savoury notes lift to reveal peach, nectarine, nougat and roasted cashews. Stonefruit on the palate is beautifully contained within the framework of natural acidity that has a saline edge due to the coastal location of the vineyard. Fine French oak and lees contact adds further texture and length that persists with lingering freshness typical of the Cave Block terroir.

Tasmanian Pinot Noir


Dark, deep garnet in colour with deep purple hues. Intense aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and ripe plum dominate the more subtle spices and dried herbs that become more complex as the wine opens after several hours. Juicy plum and dark fruits on the palate are courtesy of a low yielding, long growing season. Tannins are bold and round, balanced with fine natural acidity and a long finish of blue fruits and five spice.

Cottage Block Pinot Noir 2019


Pronounced notes of blue fruit, cassis flower and violets with distinctive site characters of sour cherry and Asian spice. The note of Christmas cake spice is a real nod towards the vintage influence. An initial soft, red berry fleshiness with silky tannins is followed by generous texture on the palate. Hallmark natural acidity drives the mid-palate and adds balance to the fuller fruit flavours. Spices and some savoury notes linger long after the wine is consumed.

Single Site Coal River Valley Pinot Noir 2017


Aromas of fresh black cherries, blueberries, blackberries and hints of five-spice. The palate continues the aromatics with fleshy blue fruits and fine tannins, interwoven with fine spice from whole bunch pressing and French oak, finishing with vibrant fruit and lifted acidity.

Single Site Ouse Pinot Noir 2018


Classic Pinot Noir aromas of spiced raspberries, baked rhubarb and cranberries. After some time in the glass, Doris plum and blueberries emerge to complex the bouquet. The palate carries the theme of red fruits with a soft rich entry that tightens with the fine sappy tannins from the whole bunch component and the natural fine acidity. The structure gives life and focus to the palate with elegance that is a hallmark to high quality Pinot Noir. The finish is fresh and lingering.

Single Site Swansea Pinot Noir 2016


Initial aromas of blueberries, currants, plum skin, blue flowers and oak spice are followed by fleshy blueberries, blackberries, vibrant acidity, length and balance with fruit brightness on the finish. There is lovely richness of fruit on the palate with soft tannins, earthy notes and hints of coffee. The Swansea Pinot Noir will continue to develop savoury note complexities with careful cellaring over 8 -12 years.
